Doesn't look good. How long has your tank been setup and how long has it been in your tank?

Also please list your parameters as well as what you have for lighting and what size tank. Also how much flow is in your tank?

If it keeps deflating like it is you need to treat it with Ciprofloxacin. There is a sticky at the top of the Anemone and Clownfish forum. If you don't it probably won't make it. Deflation in most anemones other than BTA's is not a good thing. It means they're sick and need treatment of an antibiotic.

Looks like a Ritteri/Magnifica

Would be easier to tell if the blue lights were not on.
