Fresh salt mix ALK level

Could someone please let me know what their ALK levels are on a fresh mix of salt.

I picked up some salt from an offerup listing and it seems old and out of balance.

Got a case of reef crystals for $10 so it was worth a shot. Problem is when I tested the alkalinity I'm getting a reading of 5-5.5.

I normally use reef crystals but since I've always gotten them from my LFS I've never tested for anything besides my salinity prior to a WC.

Thanks in advance!
