What is this?
I have two of these growing on my glass? I have had the tank set up for awhile.

Probably dinoflagellates

Hard to say...
Could be dinos, could be some form of bacteria, cyano or otherwise. More pics?

Siphon it out during routine water changes..
Make sure nitrates/phosphates are very low.. Looks like cyanobacteria (usually red but comes in all sorts of colors)
