Nano Cooling

I have a 28G Nano Cube - it gets a bit hot in the summer months here in FL and I was wondering about cooling fans to drop the temp a few degrees. The 'sump, filtration' is open in the back so do the fans sit facing down on the water to blow??

That's how I have it set up on my Biocube 29. The fans blow in, onto the water's surface in order to aid in evaporative cooling. Got a 4 fan clip on unit from Amazon that is controlled by my Apex (a dual stage temp controller would work as well) and it keeps my BC29 below 80.5 degrees in the summer.
