Any of you have SCA aquariums? If so, what do you like/dislike about them?

I'm about to pull the trigger on getting an SCA 66 PnP system after being out of the hobby for ~20 years. I'd like any feedback from anyone who owns any of the SCA Starfire systems. Also, any idea why they are so much less expensive than the Red Sea PnP Reefer systems? Thanks in advance!

Just purchased my 2nd SCA 50gal PNP System

I'm so happy with the 50 gal Starfire-Ecotech system I purchased for my office last year that I got another for home. If you haven't ordered yet, check with Steve and see if he'll set you up with a complete Ecotech Marine system. It comes with a Radion lighting system, vortech pump and reeflink controller. Ordering this stuff as a bundle from SCA saved hundreds!

I have the 50g PNP system too, and I do like mine - you can now get a real wood stand I believe (wasn't offered before), and I only keep their skimmer as a backup (you can get the "freshwater package" without a skimmer), as there are better ones out there (theirs does work however).

Good tank, even better that it is relatively inexpensive, and the customer service is great.

I don't have one but I spoke to them for like an hour one day and they were extremely helpful. I would have went with them if I hadn't gotten a deal on a Red Sea Reefer system.
