Upgrading and up sizing marine tank

We are weighing up buying a new tank. Currently i have a 180l juwel tank with plenty of live rock, a 3inch coral sand bed and tunze internal skimmer. The new will be 470l plis sump and any new Rock we will add to the tank will be the purple artificial stuff as we will get a good price on it. One question I have is will I have to cycle the new tank as the rock and water will be moved from the old tank and any new sand will be live? We don't have the space to run the existing tank and let the new one cycle. Secondly, I have no idea about sumps but the tank comes with one drain and one return. Certain aspects of the plumbing can be customised by the tank builder so Is there anything I should be specifying? Ie two drains.

Also is there anything that I need to do with the artificial rock before adding it to the system? It is made by tmc so I'm not sure if you guys get that brand over there.

Many thanks

Jake
