Battery or Electric Siphon Needed

I'm three months into a 220 Gallon fish only salt aquarium at our church. Doing water changes is a bear because the amount of space that I have below the tanks where the pumps are is less than six inches of clearance. I have been using a siphon pump for water changes, but that is very difficult, tiring and time consuming for this size of aquarium.

Is there a battery or electric siphon that I could use to drain and to supply the tank for water changes?

Pick up a water transfer pump like this one from lowes or amazon. I love mine for water changes. Its what we use.
