New qt tank running

Just setup a 30g biocube that I will be using to quarantine my fish and new arrivals. I used 75% water from my reef tank and 25% new saltwater, I also put one of the filter socks that's been running in the reef tank into the qt tank to help with the biological filtration. I know it's really all about the parameters of the water, but was wondering about how soon could I move the fish in my DT to the QT?

Im also probably going to setup my 15 gallon as well as an extra QT as i need to treat 7 (mainly small) fish, this way i can split the bio load up some atleast. And should i add the fish to the QT first and wait a day or so until dosing small amounts of copper into the tank? or should the tank already have copper in before adding fish?
