ATO Hydor Smart Level - Behaving bad! Help

Hey guys maybe help me out with some weird ATO behavior - anybody else have this issue?

Hydro Smart Level been on my tank for 7 months working great. Last week it dumped my entire ATO reservoir into my sump (failsafe is to keep a less than flooding amount available).

After messing with it I cleaned the sensor, well thats about all I can do... It normally takes minutes to calibrate. Now it will turn on quickly, no lights are lit up on the levels (with contact with water) and it just kicks ON the ATO pump.

Cant find info if Hydor has a warranty??? Anybody else heard of this failure?? Can I try to do something else?

Wow 7 months = failure?? and fails ON?!?!?!?!?!?!!!! ***!!!
