Mushroom issue and coraline white spots

I was wondering if anyone knows what is going on with my ricordia and coraline.
White spots with a hole in the center. and the mushroom was fine then the center opened over a rock and then it split and is now elongated .
Any thoughts?

I'm not sure about the mushroom, but are you sure those white spots your seeing are not sponges? How do they feel to the touch? Can you scrape them off with your fingernail?

The white spots are hard and don't scrap off.

Has anything changed recently? (lighting in particular) What are your parameters? Do you have any other corals in your tank? How do they look?
