It also has tentacles that come out and they are moderate size and length and on the end of those tentacles are like a bunch of tiny tentacles I have not seen one of these before so I'm curious as to what it is in my best way to care for it

Its tentacles look almost like the tentacles of a gonipora /flowerpot but its base looks nothing alike

Now,after the better picture , i think its an acropora base or a cyphastrea.

The second one looks more like it but the tentacles of it are longer than the ones I saw on Google when the lights come back on tomorrow I will post another picture with him fully extended to give you a better look at it
