AI HD on a nano settings help
Guys some help if i may....
Just received my AI HD Prime It is for my 5 gallon iBox nano and would really appreciate some settings help for the light. Things like the K settings 5000-20000 K That sort of stuff. Currently 1hr ramp up starting at 1230 off at 2000 with a 1hr ramp down ramp down turning to blues. What percentage per LED I have no idea due to the size I am sitting at 15 watts. Tank will be home to: 1 torch coral 2 small clowns tiny BT anenome snail. TIA Darryn |

My main advice would be to run the light at a very low percentage. I use the AI Hydra 26 in a similar application lighting a frag growout in my sump. I run it around 50% intensity and do not use any of the white channel. I would suggest that you play with the colors and find a combination that suits your liking for a daytime setting and an evening/morning setting. Once you have these figured out the ramping element is pretty simple and in my opinion, not that significant. Personally, I like my tank see my tank under especially blue light in the morning and in the evening.

Hi bongo, I attached the settings I use on my 6 gallon nano with the AI prime HD, my zoas seem to like it and i think it looks good.
I zipped up the .aip file that you upload to your prime using the web interface. |
