90 gal flow HELP

I have a 90gal bow front
I have 2 RW8 power heads.

Rock work all in center of the tank the full length.

Overflow wall on the left side
Return line right side

I need help on where to place powerheads to help keep sand bottom flow going.
Seems to much is settling at bottom. IMG_3581.jpg

Place another one on back wall a little lower.
