Keeping Denitrifying Bacteria Alive during fallow period

We had a massive outbreak of Marine Ich in our display tank and we lost 3 fish. Given that we also have an anemone for our clown fish and 2 peppermint shrimp and 4 snails that were put in as our clean-up crew during the initial cycle (last September) we obviously couldn’t treat our fish in our DT. So all fish have now been in a hospital tank with a copper treatment for just over a week and are showing signs of improvement. We plan on leaving our DT fallow (except for aforementioned anemone etc.) for 3 months.
My question to the community is this, whilst we will feed the anemone every 2-3 days and there is algae on the rocks for the snails to eat, do we need to drop anything in the tank to feed the denitrifying bacteria? Can it die off from starvation i.e. no fish poop etc?

Any recommendation on the level/quantity and how often to ghost feed. My tank is 240 gal and we have approx 170 lbs LR with a sand bed approx 4 inches deep
