new condo. where do i put the tank? layout inside

So im going to have to downgrade from a 125

going into a condo is awesome but for a nice big reef tank it sucks lol.

so heres my layout. the outer walls are windows so it really leaves me with little to no options.

Where would you put a tank in here and how big?

Red line is where the TV is going. assume there will be a couch in front of it.

It has to be in the living area bc why not, we all want to see the tank righttttt? LOL

I would love to see what everyones ideas are.

Im open to anything, Cube, peninsula ect. Im moving in 4 months so want to start planning if i have to custom build a tank.

So when i was in an apt. I had to keep stuff stored in the AC closet. It wasnt a perfect solution but it worked out well. I dont see one on your blue print tho.

I'd put it next to the door to the bedroom, to the side of the TV. Either that or do something on that little patch of wall next to the balcony/behind the couch area. could do a cool penisula from there.
