Two Critters

Hi all, I have two critters in my tank I can't identify. The on looks like some kind of snail. The other looks like a softie of some sort but to be safe any help identifying them would be appreciated.

I'm not exactly sure what I'm supposed to be looking at in the first picture, but the second one looks like a Sea slug of some sort. In most cases these are bad, so you might want to remove it until you do get a positive ID.

thanks Reincarnate, Yea the first picture is not clear, it's the best i was able to capture. When I first noticed it, it was small about .5 CM it has grown to about 3 CM in 6 months.
