i made a purchase last night but my reward points are not showing on my account. How long does it take before I get my reward points?

Thanks for shopping! Points aren't issued until after an order is invoiced and shipped, which usually happens in a day (or on Monday if you were to order over the weekend). What's your order #? I'd be happy to take a look at your account.

This has never been true in my experience. My points never post until a day or two (after) the order shipped.

You will receive your points today. Points are typically issued the day after an order is invoiced. Your order was shipped and invoiced yesterday so you should have your points shortly. Anxious to redeem?

It depends on the individual SKU. Feel free to paste a link here. Although generally speaking, if you don't see a coupon code displayed on the product page, then that item is probably ineligible for discount.
