App for tracking parameters and activities

Hey guys, so I'm finally at the point where I want to start tracking activities, results and parameters.
I purchased an apex, (still need to program and install it), but I'm hoping that there's something else that I can use to track things.
I found the Aquarium Log spreadsheet, and it's very impressive. ...Very intimidating, but very impressive.
While I'm sure I can figure it out, I'd like to see if anyone can recommend something that isn't so... labor intensive.
Is there a good app that I can input information that will also schedule maintenance for me, so I know what to do and when to do it?
It's just always easier to have an external system organizing my to-do list for me. :-)

Thanks!

Have you installed apex fusion and used it's log and test features? Works both online and on the app.

My apex is still in the box because I want to set everything up at once including a board to mount everything on to make it look pretty. :-)
Want to do something like this

Does Fusion allow you to schedule and input tests like Nitrates, Phosphates, Calcium, Magnesium and Alkalinity?

Aquarimate looks great, but recent reviews from this year say that it keeps crashing and people lose years of history. ...Definitely concerning.

Yes it does. I schedule my skimmer cup cleanings, skimmer breakdown and cleaning, pump cleanings, WAV cleanings, GFO and Carbon Changes, etc.

I also track my Alk, Cal, Magnesium, Iodine, Iron, Nitrate, Phosphate, and Potassium test results.

The scheduling is done through Fusion's Calendar, and creates "To Dos" for you. The test results create graphs for you automatically. You can also create notes etc. It is really nice.

Here's a little snap shot of what Apex Fusion logging looks like, it is quite nice and super simple:

I use Aquarium Note but it's more of a manual putting things in like adding fish, tank parameters, maintenance etc. It's not going to tell you when you need to do anything but I use it to log my test results and it shows a graph and changes. Simple and Basic.

I use Aquarimate. Haven't run into any crashing issues. I didn't sign up for their multi device "Live" version which has the annual payment. I'm very happy with it just on my phone.

I've been using Aquarimate for a while now and thankfully I didn't experience the issue listed here with the lost history but I truly enjoy it and it give you the option to list your expenses and do timelines to see coral growth and what not. I'm really happy with it tbh
