new redsea max170e

Hello, We had a reef tank years ago and are just now getting back into it. We have the 40g max e by red sea and have just set up the rocks (caribsea) and life sand with water added today would appreciate suggestions on next steps. I did get live cultures to add to the tank but not sure if I need to feed the tank

Hello & welcome. Im assuming you have live rocks and live sand in your system. Test your water parameters(ammonia, nitrite and nitrate)if you don't have one barrow or purchase one. Be patient for cycling of your tank.
