JBJ chiller question

Hi there...so I think from reading the owners manual (have not purchased product yet) that the JBJ chillers...or at least the 1-10 HP model cuts of a degree under what its thermostat is set for. Meaning if the JBJ thermostat is set for 80 degrees, one the water hits 80 the chiller will come down to 79 and kick off at 79 then waiting for the temp to rise back to 80 and comes on again. Anyone have any experience with these?
