New To Everything?? Clownfish Rubbing Up Against Each other? Help

Hello I'm going to give you the basics about my tank before I ask questions. I have a new 75 gallon tank (almost 2 weeks old) I use Ro-Di water. I do have a sump and I think its 25 gallons, in my sump I have a skimmer that is not on at this moment because the sump water level is too high and I need to get something to stand it up higher. I have ceramic bio balls and a bag a filter floss in there. I used live sand but not live rock. 5 days ago I added bio spira for 75 gallons. I decided that I have enough bio bacteria in my tank, so why get live rock if I don't need it and it will cause more issues than it will help me, I am new and I'm not getting these hitchhikers. While I was buying dry rock at my lfs, they told me I should get two young clownfish to start everything off. Its been 2 days and they look great. Eating and everything, I do think I fed them too much today. Its just so great watching them eat. So here are all my questions:
1. I fed them too much that there is a dark spot on their belly and I'm a bit nervous. Should I not feed them tomorrow?
2. When I do feed them I turn off the return pump and my powerhead. Is that normal and okay? If I don't the food gets blown around.
3. The first night I had these little guys one of them looked awful and I literally thought it was going to die (I can't tell the genders, do they have them yet?) but I woke up and they both looked happy and they were swimming all around, they also would not stay right next to each other and in the same place as yesterday. Is that a sign of anything?
4. Every once in a while the bigger one will nip at the smaller one, is this normal clown behavior?
5. The powerhead is on the lowest level pointed at the top of the front display glass, and sometimes it seems that its too powerful and thats why my little clownfish are all around the tank, not swimming (Being forced)
6. Do these fish rest at night? When the lights are on at day they are so active and all around the tank, but as soon as the lights go out, 10 minutes later I turn them on and they are like drifting around hardly moving, they do stay up but they are rubbing against each other, the bigger one rubs itself against the small one.
This is actually the first time I've seen this.. I turned the lights off and I can hardly see inside the tank and they are rubbing up against each other, I turn them on and they seem seriously tired and sort of resting. Please answer if you can. The big one is Daryl and the small one is Maggie. Maggie also looks like she is the healthy one.

I named them Daryl and Maggie from the Walking Dead because you know they are like zombie apocalypse survivors, haha. That also makes me like them more.

Suggest you read the 'newbies setting up' sticky. Your post contains some serious indicators of future trouble.
