Anyone have a cadlights tank? Glass seems more clear/bright on a cheap aqueon tank.
For some reason, I think aqueon tanks (cheap ones from petco) have a lot more clearer glass. I have a cadlights tank and actually find looking at my ten gallon quarantine lit with a kessil a lot more enjoyable. It's like the glass is not even there on the small ten gallon. Is this because the glass is so much thinner? The Red Sea Reefer tanks also look crystal clear compared to my cadlights tank, lit with the same light.

I have a 125g CAD Lights Artsian tank which has 'low iron' glass. It's more clear (less green tint) than my old 180g tank was and looks the same as my friend's Red Sea tank.
I'm just guessing here, but I'd bet your 10g tank has very thin tempered glass which is more clear than thicker, non-tempered glass of your CAD Lights tank.
