Warped Acrylic??

How bad can a warp in acrylic be before it becomes dangerous? Warp is from trying to remove a deep scratch and is about 3inches on a 24inch pane. The acrylic is about 1/2" if I remember correctly.

It is not my tank, but considering a purchase.

Sanding should not warp a tank unless you broke a connection to one of the braces.

Not that kind of warp. It is visually warped as in sanded to much and looks distorted

question is mostly impossible to answer...
more than likely it has not compromised the strength of the tank very much at all though..
