Apex won't connect to fusion.
Ok posted this on sponsor forum but no replies so I'll try here to see if someone knows what's up. I have the 2016 Apex and it works great! Have had it almost a year (purchased the week of release) ok so for the last two days my Apex says it's not connected to fusion when I try to get on. All my schedules are still working fine and both lights on the apex are orange. I've tried a unplug and plug back in reboot of the apex and my router but still..(not connected to fusion) Any ideas or suggestions is greatly appreciated

Can you find it on your network?
I use an iPhone app called Fing that maps out the devices on my network. My Apex shows up as a Nippon Dempa device. There are other ways, but the app is simple for folks who may not know how to navigate their router settings. |
