Highest 250 MH for SPS tank?

Question is... What is the highest you would suggest raising your 250W MH on a SPS dominate tank to allow for the widest light spread.

100% depends on your reflectors.

I would say its all pending how much light spill you observe. I would generally not have less than a metal halide per 24-30" square for most SPS tanks, especially if they are deeper than 24"
