What are my choices internal pumps for the Reef Octopus SRO 3000
I currently have gone thru 2 bubble blaster pumps in the last 6 years. Seems like the pumps die and then you have to buy another one. This last pump the pump stopped working within the warranty period and they sent me a new impeller.
Are there other choices? Should I just buy another impeller?

I had the same issue years ago with my SRO1000 (bubble blast pump)....actually had to mail the pump in since it was under warranty twice and they replaced the propeller one time (with a newer improved version) and then did another service which I can't recall the issue on. It worked fine for years after that but did give me problems.
On new build, I went with an Avast recirculating skimmer and absolutely love it. |
