Current USA Wavemaker Problems

Long story short I got the current usa orbit ic led with the free eflux wave maker. The wavemaker worked well for about a month however suddenly it just would not put out any flow; even after a good cleaning and vinegar bath. I emailed support today, but still waiting for a response. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue with this product.

Hope this isn't a stupid question. Sorry if it is. Did you make sure the power plug is firmly in the blue controller box. Mine kept popping out they don't fit perfectly. I can't remember if it displayed dashes when that happened. Same with the pump plug they pop out as well.

Their email support sucks however their Facebook is monitored by the VP lol I have had excellent results talking to him via facebook chat. If your sure everything is plugged in right make sure the impeller can freely spin around the shaft on the small pump.. on the large pump the impeller is glued to the shaft. I have multi IC setups to suplement my kessils shadow area's and use their full line up of pumps so if you have any questions feel free to ask. I have been using them for a year+ now.
