Question Snail from FL

Wondering what snail this is. Looks like a big cerith to me. Found it in Florida in the serve. There's lots of them crawling in the sand. Can some identity for me? It's foot seems a bit big for a cerith. Please help.

I literally just left the beach in Jacksonville and found the exact snails. I was thinking if it would be safw to add to my tank but Im not leaving until Sunday so I threw them back. I only saw about 5 of them but Im also interested to know what type of snails these are.
