Tips for medicating qt

Hello, I have a chalk bass in my 10g qt that i received in the mail 2 Tuesdays ago. This past weekend he started showing signs of some type of worm or parasitic infection (stringy poop).

I medicated the water with half a teaspoon( a little less) of Prazipro. I want to do a water change and do a second round of Prazipro. But how do i calculate the amount of medication to add? How much of the water should i change?

This is the first time i'm doing this so, i appreciate the help!

Thanks!
