can black oxide drill bit be used on calcium base frag plug?
Hi,
I bought that type of drill bit set. Can it be used on: https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/ocean...s-25-pack.html ? I wanted to drill a hole in the plug to in-set my acro frag in each one so it gets a good footing. Thanks! |

yes. but not really sure why you want to drill them... some super glue works just fine to hold them and they will encrust in no time

CTaylor, I drill some of my frag plugs for branching corals too. I find it much easier to get a long term hold on the frag.
