Captive bred Flame Angel

http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/1...c=15+1500+1644

I cant say that I'd ever spend 200+ on a flame angel. But, does anyone know of the reef safe compatibility of a tank raised angel? Not having the wild "taste", would a tank raised be more suitable for a mixed reef?

I have had a tank bred flame for 5months in my soft coral tank, so far so good. I've also had a tank bred coral beauty for a year with the same results. Hopefully the good behaviour continues!

I'm in the UK so might not be much use to you depending on where you are based but a couple of wholesalers imported them over, the coral beauty is from Biota imported by Ecomarines and the flame is from Pacific Planktonics via TMC. I've actually just introduced them to each other in my 90 2 days ago, still a bit of chasing but I'm really hoping they will coexist and continue to leave my corals alone!

Gotcha! Yea I'm in the US! But Biota seems to be the main importer. I'm gonna contact them and see who they wholesale too as they dont have any on their webpage. Hopefully someone I can order from!
