It appears to have the same controller as the older EverGrow, Reef Breeders, Reef Radiance and other fixtures had. IMHO it was pretty easy to figure out. Have you tried to contact the seller or the manufacturer?
I don't think I have a set of instructions any more as I have moved on from my old Reef Breeder Photons. But I remember how to use them. If you are still having trouble, send me a PM and I'll try to help.

There is no 'auto sunrise/sunset' you need to program it yourself hour by hour. There might be a 'cloudy' mode, but not 'random clouds' or any kind of 'storm' or 'thunder'. Did you see either of those advertised as part of this fixture? Most people want to set their own sunrise/sunset. And IMHO most people don't use random clouds or storm settings even if their fixture has them. They are gimmicks added just because there is leftover memory in their chip.
