Treating a 560 Fowler tank with cuprimine
So my current tank is a 560 gallon 10 foot long tank full of big tangs like Achilles powder blues powder brown’s which are super sensitive to ick. I have been battling this parasite for the last year really and a few weeks ago I started adding copper slowly so as not to cause a huge ammonia spike which I have avoided. So now the tank is super stable with zero ammonia And my copper level is at .5 now. So my question is how long should I leave the copper level like this in order to eradicate all parasite in the tank?

30 days is a standard treatment time but after the 30 day treatment it's advisable to transfer the fish to a second qt that's sterile and observe for 2-3 weeks. In your case 30 days might do the trick it might not.
