After 10 years! Im back in the game!
Whats up reefers!? Been awhile since I've owned a tank. Almost 10 years actually. Just started a 35 gallon Hex reef tank. Question, im thinking of running a 'bucket' sump in the stand since i cant fit another tank in there.
Should i use a food grade plastic bucket, or just any ole home depot bucket? |

I would think you could use a home depot, but not entirely sure for long term use.

Just spend the extra 20 bucks and get food grade.....you wont have to start worrying if the bucket is leaching.

Both Lowes and Home Depot sell white food grade 5g buckets right next to there standard blue or orange buckets for only a few bucks more. The are what I use for almost all my aquarium chores.
