Hello!
I'm soon going to be getting a sump, a drilled 10g tank. In the fuge, I plan to grow some chaeto, and I'm looking for a light. I'm stretched thin for my budget, so the light will need to be around the $30-ish price range. This is what I'm looking at getting. How does it look?

Also, what else should the fuge have? Sand? Biomedia? I also plan to add some tisbe pods later. That's about it for stocking. Got any comments? I'd love to hear your input on this!

also: a really silly question, but can colored filters change par? how do the light manufacturers "make" the light's par?
