Holy horrible picture..
First rule of identification request pictures.. Turn the blue channel off or WAY down.. Proper color rendition is very important for identification purposes.. It can also help your camera focus a bit better..

You can also use an orange filter on the camera. If you are using a cell phone, you can purchase a clip-on filter for about $30.00.
