something growing on rock??

Can anyone identify this growth on a rock in my aquarium? It started about 2 weeks ago. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the replies. I will let you know. I posted this question on the seahorse forum (as my aquarium consists of 4 female seahorses only with live rock). I received a reply that they may be seahorse eggs mishandled? Females plant their eggs into males I know and as I don't have males, maybe this could be possible??
