particulates / bubbles / whatevers HELP

for some time, in the morning before lights on my water looks like its filled with micro bubbles/small flowing spots or A lot of spot particulates. I check my sump for low water levels on the return side and the water level is fine no MICO b's. Here' s where it gets odd... once the light is on For a few hours they fade away completely and the water is crystal. look at this pics taken at 6:30am you will clearly see the appearance of said particulates / whatevers

and in these pics take a few hours later around noon and the lights have been on for awhile WHAAAA LAAAAA they have magically disappeared.

I,m going to snap a pic of it tonight. Before lights out and another tomorrow before lights on tomorrow morning . what the heck is going on in my tank during lights out? To produce these particulates / bubbles / whatevers?.I never really worried this but now i am cause i thought my fish was sick

If they only come out when the lights are off, it's probably zooplankton, which is very good.

I would say that someone is kicking up the substrate.
Your fish appears in the pics to have some white spot, but hard to see.
Is someone flashing of rubbing themselves on the substrate?

That fish is a bit subseptible to the Ick parasite....just checking...

I'm slightly concerned about a few spots I see in the "clean" picture of your beautiful powder brown tang. @4FordFamily what do you think?
