Returning to salt, advice requested
I've been a member for a while although I've been pretty inactive. Having a lot of employment and family health issues which have been occupying my time.
I'm thinking of something simple, it's been a long time since I had a marine system and I know that a lot has changed - the internet was in it's infancy back in the 90's lol! Some fish I used to keep that I'd like to have again are Niger Trigger and a Tesselated Moray. I love these two and they would be what I want to build around. Other possibilities that I previously had are: Volitan Lion Queen Trigger, had before but understand they can be temperamental to others. Panther Grouper Clown Trigger Interesting but never had: Harlequin Tusk - never had but like them Dragon Wrass Blue Spot Stingray Any suggestions would be great. My budget isn't the best so I won't be going the route of expensive corrals etc. I lost everything before to a power failure and that's when I walked away. I have a 150 tall tank with a single corner overflow, however this could change. I plan to make a sump but need to get up to speed on the latest designs as I haven't built one in 20 years. Any and all advice is appreciated, thanks in advance! |

I agree. That grouper might end up snacking on the wrasse eventually.

Gonna need a huge tank...way bigger than a 150 tall....and a lot of those fishes don't mix.

Queen Trigger,Panther Grouper, Clown Trigger, and Harlequin Tusk will require a bigger tank. Dragon Wrasse will be borderline.

Probably would need a 500 gal, and subtract the dragon wrasse.
