Blastomussa

Hi all, I'm just wondering if I should give the blastomussa more room or will it grow around the rocks in the tank? The main head is often pushing against rock when fully open. It does have several new heads but cannot see them at the moment. Will the rocks impact on its growth?

No, it will grow around and over the rocks. I would be more worried about GHA growing close to it.

I keep mine free from touching any rocks. About a 3" diameter space for each. I have 4.
I not sure if the Rock is a problem, I doubt it, but it just makes sense to me that it does not need to rub on anything with the back and flow movement. Won't kill it, but may slow growth.

Had one with 3 heads, 6 months ago, now has 6 heads so multiples reasonably quick.

Have added rowaphos to help with phosphate lvl and should help with gha growth. Emerald crab isn't working quick enough lol. That has only just become an issue since I turned the lights up to aid the corals. Bit of a vicious circle, lights up helps corals but also increased gha which stops corals growing.
Will pull as much as I can from that rock manually.
Thank you for your reply.
