Ich on angel fish

My coral beauty has gotten ich after a week of being in the tank he is 1 of three fish and a shrimp that I have. Nothing else seems to have it. I know that once 1 fish has it it's in the tank but we're do I go from here. The only meds I have atm is ich meds for fresh water fish.
If the photo uploads correctly you can see it on its fins. It only has it there as of now and it does do a little scratching but still swimming healthy and eating good.

You will need to setup a hospital tank for all 3 fish to go into and treat them with copper, hypo salinity or chloroquine phosphate... Tank transfer method is another options but involves a little more equipment. Read the stickies in the disease section to educate yourself on treatments and methods to avoid this in the future

Thank you seen a few posts where if it wasn't to bad that you could just treat the one that had it but prolly best to treat them all so it comes out of the tank.

I dont think there is any sticky that says something like that. If it is not bad right now, it will become bad in few weeks. Mature tanks can live with ich proper care, but a new tank like yours cant.

OK thank you. Ill have to set up a rubber maid tub or something no extra tank at this time.

Actually, you can get twenty gallon quarantine set ups (complete kits) for short change and they are pretty easy to set up.
Put some freshly made saltwater in it, some bacteria to kick start it and you're ready to go. Put your fish in there.
Start Hypo by gradually taking out some of that saltwater and replace it with fresh distilled water to lower the salinity (specific gravity) over the course of several hours to 1.008 after you put your fish in there. Keep it there for several weeks and after that SLOWLY bring it back up to where it was before introducing them back in your dt.
Watch your pH.
After eight weeks of treatment in your hypo tank, the ich in your DT should have died off at this point.

I have a 35 gallon that Im going to be setting up for my hospital and qt tank but lacking some things i need like a heater. Going this afternoon to my lps and getting the only ich meds they have. They say there fresh and salt safe. Not sure if it is invertebrate safe of not. If so since i have no corals just live rock would it be ok to just treat my dt? and if not safe for my shrimp could i just put it in something else in the mean time thats much smaller.

No, it will be absorbed by the rocks and silicone and will leach afterwards. Most meds also kill bacteria and cause ammonia spike.

OK I have done everything I should put them in a hospital tank and treated them have not put them back in dt it is just now time for a water change according to the meds but there are still spots my angel deffintly ich but what do I do now

Current tank info: 90 Gallon saltwater 10 fish with a few inverts; NO CORALS! Tried to go reef; didn't work out so hot; FOWLR's for me!
