Question Restarting Reefer 350

Hey guys,

I have had my Red Sea Reefer running for about 1,5 year. But I have never really felt i was running good. I can keep softcorals fine, and the fish are in top shape. But LPS and "easy" SPS's have never been able to survive. Even though my parameters are looking fine. Both when I meassure my self, and when I have used a Triton meassure.

I have tried to adjust Lights (AI 26HD) up and down in strength/intensity. I have bought new pumps (Rossmont 9800x) and tried to rearrange the rocks.

My last ressort is now to reboot the tank. And use new rocks, either live or dead. Havent decided yet. Thinking of doing a branching reefscape.

So. You guys have any good advice when I reboot the tank? I want to make a soft/LPS tank. No SPS.
I have been running triton method.

What do u think of substrate? DSB? No Substrate? A little?
New pumps? MP40? Gyre?
My skimmer is a Nyos 160.

Any advice is appreciated.

Regards from Denmark
