Red Sea T5 Bulbs: Any good?

I recently came accross a LFS which is offering Red-Sea brand T5 bulbs. I had never seen them before. I looked up accross the internet and did not find much info about these. Are they no good? Or just not as popular as ATI/Gieserman? Anyone have experience with them?

Seem to be rebranded Narva bulbs like Geismann...Should be just fine...
Im personally not a Red Sea fan so Id pass..

I ended up passing as well, more or less the same cost as the ATI bulbs which are my favorite.....
