Need help ID this worm!

I found a few of this worm crawling in my sump. Is this beneficial or harmful?

After looking through, Polychaete - Dorvilleidae is the closest of all.

Anyway I uploaded a better picture for reference.

Probably it.. They are quite common and harmless/beneficial
