Ecosmart live/reeflink/vectra l1

Help!

I purchased an L1, which has been running on my new system for approx. 2 weeks. I was having difficulty with manual calibration so I decided to buy a Reeflink (as advised by Ecotech) to aid my headache. Reeflink has been set-up a few days now, it has located my MP40 but continually fails to recognize my L1 and what weird is that when I command 'feed mode' in ESL it will shoutdown my L1.

I have been online, Youtube vids, Ecosmart website and still can't understand what's going wrong and can't figure it out. My pump still isn't calibrated which is very taxing as I keep having to balance the valves.

Any ideas would be welcomed.
