Does my Goldfish have ich?

Hello, I’m new here, please bare with me. I have a 30 gallon with two goldfish in it. I have one orange oranda and one black moor. Yesterday I noticed a few small white spots on the tail of my oranda. I do weekly 30% water changes and take good care of them. I feed them a variety of different foods. I don’t want to act impulsively, but I have an ich treatment that I will use if symptoms worsen. The black moor is unaffected, while the oranda will occasionally rub against an ornament, however I can’t tell if it’s intentional. I don’t know how to post pictures on here so I will be as descriptive as possible. Someone please help! I want my little guy to be okay!
