sump help

Picked up custom 270 gallon tank Oceanarium and we are trying to find the best sump filter system plug and play... Sump will be going into a room behind the tank and right now we are about to put a deposit on a
Dreambox - Beispiel - Set 8b
with skimmer Bubble King® DeLuxe 250 RD3
with return-pump RD3 Speedy 80W
with 1x media filter 3,5 Liter and 1x pellet filter 2 Liter
with internal piping with RD3 MiniSpeedy 50W

Any thoughts or other suggestions we should be looking at ...

and any feedback if you are running a dreambox its a big investment and want to make sure we are making the right choice
