18" t5?

Does anyone still make 18" t5 retro? If not, who makes 18" led strips? LumiBrite seems to be out of stock everywhere. Looking something to get rid of shadows from a LED light (AI Prime HD) in a nano frag tank. Not looking a fixture as the Prime is mounted to a hood. Looking something 18" to attach to hood to get rid of shadows.

If 18"t5 retro no longer being produced, are the 18" t5 bulbs also not being produced? If I were to source a used 18"t5 retro could new bulbs be sourced?

Any other ideas to get rid of shadowing in a nano with hood?
