Hi, looking to start a 40 gal (Nuvo Fusion) Brackish tank. Can someone point me to any forums or websites that can help.
Thanks

Basically, I'd set up just like a regular saltwater tank, give it plenty of time to establish a bacterial culture. No rush to populate, and start with some brackish-tolerant invertebrates before fish. Once the tank is handling their food and waste efficiently, then work your way to fishes.

I've always thought a brackish tank would be neat but have never done one. Let us know if you do!

Scats are one of the most colorful and easiest of the brackish fishes. We had a big essentially freshwater tank with some saucer-sized ones, both the yellow and the red-tinged yellow, and a couple of baikurs, just a few teaspoons of salt. Really liked that tank.
