Need help finding correct replacement ballast for T5 fixture

I have a Coralife Lunar Aqualight - it’s 36” 39w and 4 bulbs

I need to replace the ballast but cannot find a replacement. The current ballast is made by Lightpark USA Model T5120-239HOMPF, but their website doesn’t exist and I can’t get any help from Coralife.

Does anyone know what the correct replacement would be? It would also need the wiring harnesses installed so that it plugs right into my fixture.

Thank you for the response. That part is exactly what I need, but when I go to the link and click
